The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Promotional or discounted items are not eligible for a refund unless faulty.
